I was confronted by a very rude, agressive and obnoxious member of the staff, I shop here on a regular basis, normally the stsff are friendly and very helpful, but, today, this person was almost threatening when I asked do the items I required.
I second person on the stall was embaressed by his colleagues attitude.
I have never been dealt with in the service industry like this before, and in fact I have never witnessed such sn incident, his behaviour was abnormal and he probably behaved in this way because there was noone in authority on the stalls.
He was also rude and agressive to a female companion.
When I travel from Caerphilly to visit this particular butcher I spend s lot of money, never. never, again.
