I enquired as if to whether or not there was a cancellation fee as I am a carer for 2 people (it is rare that I would cancel something but important to me to have the details). I was advised that he did not want to take me on as a client as he would "lose money". I was so shocked that I did not point out that caring is an important role and I should not be penalised for this. I wish I had said it as this attitude is shocking and hurtful when I want to pass so I can help out. I have gone with another driving school ....oh and by the way, I haven't made any cancellations.
