My appointment was late.......very late and not once did anyone apologise. The practise was very quiet and therefore no need for me to have waited for so long. I walked out in the end as I feel it's totally unprofessional and rude. Why is your time more important than mine. You were not busy and there were no emergencies. I saw two vets on duty and each one greeted people who's appointments were after mine but saw them first with no explanation. I will try another practice but I wish this practice well but feel they need to brush up on customer services and time keeping.
